What problem does it solve?

This skill automates a complete software development workflow using five specialized agents to transform raw ideas into validated software.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • 5-Agent Pipeline: Refinery → Foundry → Planner → Assembler → Validator with clear handoffs at each stage.
  • Iterative Feedback: Circular loops between stages to refine PRDs, blueprints, and work orders based on validation results.
  • Artifacts & Traceability: Generates PRD, blueprint, work orders, implemented code, and validation reports to maintain traceability.
  • Use Case Examples: Start a new project from an idea, drive architecture decisions, and end with a validated release candidate.

Quick Start

Start by placing your idea in project-idea/ and trigger the Refinery to generate the initial PRD (prd-latest.md). Then proceed through Foundry, Planner, Assembler, and Validator to produce a validated software product.
