SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

What problem does it solve? Social media content generated without a clear profile of who you are, who you are talking to, and what you refuse to post sounds generic and off-brand. This Skill runs a structured interview of ten questions or fewer and produces a social-context.md file that every other social skill reads for brand voice and setup. ## Core Features & Use Cases - Guided Interview: Asks up to ten focused questions covering positioning, audience persona, platforms, content pillars, tone sliders, cadence, goals, and red lines. - Structured Profile File: Writes a social-context.md at the project root with fixed section headings (Positioning, Audience, Platforms, Pillars, Voice, Cadence, Goals, Never) that other skills locate by name. - Safe Updates: On re-runs, updates the existing file section by section, shows old and new versions side by side, and never silently overwrites manual edits. - Use Case: A solo founder says "set up my social context" and, after a short multiple-choice-friendly interview, gets a complete profile file that downstream skills use to draft on-brand LinkedIn and X posts. ## Quick Start Ask the assistant to set up your social context and answer the short interview questions to generate your social-context.md file.

FAQPage Schema
How do I set up a social media profile for AI content generation?▼

Run the interview by saying "set up my social context" and answer up to ten questions about your positioning, audience, platforms, pillars, tone, cadence, goals, and red lines. The result is a social-context.md file at your project root that other social skills read for brand voice.

What does the social-context.md file contain?▼

The file contains eight fixed sections: Positioning, Audience, Platforms, Pillars, Voice, Cadence, Goals, and Never. Each section must be specific enough that a stranger could draft a post from it, and skipped questions become placeholders rather than invented answers.

Which social platforms does the interview cover?▼

The interview covers LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, Threads, TikTok, and YouTube. It asks which platforms you are active on and why, then records a primary and secondary platform, warning if you pick more than three.

Can I re-run the interview without losing my manual edits?▼

Yes. Re-running performs an update pass that reads the existing file first, skips questions it already answers well, and regenerates section by section. Where your manual edits differ from new answers, it shows both versions and asks which to keep.

What happens if I skip questions during the interview?▼

Skipped questions produce a placeholder line under the relevant heading stating the section is not captured yet. The skill never invents an answer, and re-running the interview later fills in the placeholders.
