This Skill enables you to export Slidev presentations to widely shareable formats (PDF, PPTX, PNG) without reconstructing slides, making handouts, archiving, and distribution effortless.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Browser Export (Built-in): Use the Slidev Web Export panel to generate PDF, PPTX, or PNG directly from a running presentation.
  • CLI Export: Automate exports via the slidev export command for batch processing or CI workflows.
  • Use Case: Share a handout as PDF, archive a finished deck as PPTX, or publish PNG slides for quick previews.

Quick Start

  • Start your Slidev project with npm run dev and open http://localhost:3030/export to choose the export format.
  • Or run the CLI export directly: npx slidev export --format pdf
  • Optional: specify output name, dark mode, or ranges with --output, --dark, --range.
