What problem does it solve?
Separates spec compliance from code quality to ensure features meet intended goals and pass rigorous quality gates before merge.
Core Features & Use Cases
- Stage 1: Spec Compliance validates implementation against the loaded intent contract, including success criteria and boundary checks.
- Stage 2: Code Quality performs stub detection and a full quality review addressing architecture, error handling, security, performance, readability, and test coverage.
- Gate-based decisioning ensures both stages pass before progression, surfacing actionable fixes when anything fails.
- Error handling and fallback: if no intent contract exists, the process warns and proceeds to Stage 2; if no changes are detected, the review reports nothing to review.
