Quick Start

Run the skill-scaffold-generator after a proposal is approved to create a new skill directory with a properly formatted SKILL.md and standard sections. The generator will place the new skill in global_skills/ or .agent/skills/ and produce a draft SKILL.md that includes frontmatter fields and a comprehensive Instructions body.
