Quick Start

Run the included PowerShell scaffold tool to generate a new skill skeleton. For example, use:

• PowerShell: .\scripts\propose_skill.ps1 -Name <short_name> -Trigger "<trigger phrase>" -Description "<short description>" This will create a new directory under skills with a template SKILL.md and a scripts folder.
