Consolidate, categorize, deploy, and close out skill collections through a deterministic 8-step pipeline.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Catalog — Read all skill definitions from /home/ubuntu/skills/*/SKILL.md and extract key metadata.
  • Categorize — Assign each skill to a lifecycle category and deployment season.
  • Map — Generate a skill-consolidation-map and a governance-ready consolidation map document.
  • Build Portal — Create an interactive web dashboard displaying skills by season and category.
  • Deploy to Git — Create per-season Git repos (public/private) and push consolidated artifacts.
  • Close-Out — Generate SITREP with SWOT, hash artifacts, and establish an evidence trail.
  • Sync — Upload close-out artifacts to Google Drive.
  • Seal — Apply constitutional seal, assign responsible person, and freeze state.
