What problem does it solve?
This role automates turning template configuration files into production-ready configurations by substituting placeholders with values from the .secrets file, specifically for Trae MCP and OpenCode setups.
Core Features & Use Cases
- Substitutes placeholders in ai/mcp/trae.json.example and .config/opencode/opencode.json.example to generate ready-to-use config files.
- Reads secrets from the .secrets file securely to populate keys.
- Creates necessary directories and writes the produced configuration files to their target locations.
Quick Start
Execute scripts/setup_configs.py to generate the real configuration files from the templates using values sourced from .secrets.
