What problem does it solve?

This Skill helps teams capture concrete learnings from a session and translate them into targeted, atomic improvements to existing docs, skills, or core agent instructions. It enforces evidence-based updates and closes the feedback loop by updating the best existing targets directly.

Quick Start

Identify the session you want to reflect on and gather authoritative artifacts (Plan, Fact-find, relevant SKILL.md). Then run the reflection to produce 1–3 atomic proposals and present them for approval. Review and approve changes; applied changes are updated directly in the repository.
