What problem does it solve?

Save and retrieve session context across sessions by memoizing the current session's problem awareness as a lightweight Markdown file. This approach minimizes context consumption while preserving important decisions and focus areas for later reference.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Save the active session's summary to .tmp/session-memos/<session-id-short>.md for cross-session recall.
  • Retrieve and read past session memos by session ID to refresh focus or resume work.
  • Focus on a specific topic within a session to generate targeted summaries.

Quick Start

Run the session-memo command with no arguments to summarize and save the current session to a memo file.
