What problem does it solve?
The skill encodes expert methodological knowledge for norming linguistic stimuli before running psycholinguistic experiments. It helps researchers prevent confounds by establishing baseline cloze probabilities, plausibility/acceptability ratings, and lexical property controls (frequency, length, AoA, concreteness), ensuring stimuli are well-validated prior to data collection.
