• Adversarial review loop: Runs an inquisitor→clarifier→inquisitor pattern to identify foibles, propose sourced revisions, and re-grade the section.
• Rubric-driven evaluation: Loads section-specific rubrics (intro, data, methods, results, conclusion) and cross-checks adjacent sections for consistency.
• Safe file handling & outputs: Reads QMD and Overleaf .tex files (read-only for Overleaf), caps rounds/costs, and writes a scored revision file to the project's quality_reports directory.
