Quick Start

Follow these steps to bootstrap a project:

  1. Install dependencies (npm install) and ensure ffmpeg/yt-dlp are available.
  2. Create a new video project: ./scripts/create_video.sh "Demo" ~/output/demo
  3. Download sample materials: ./scripts/download_video.sh "AI tutorial" public/videos 5
  4. Generate TTS: ./scripts/generate_tts.sh scenes.json public/audio
  5. Render all scenes: ./scripts/render_all.sh
