Quick Start

To capture a note about a new database pattern:

The skill will prompt for the content and generate a filename.

Example content: "We discussed using a single-writer, multiple-reader pattern for the event log."

This will create a file like './.notes/scratch/database-patterns-event-log.md'

with '# Database patterns event log' as the H1.
