- Scaffolding: Creates placeholder files for missing artifacts based on project conventions.
- Use Case: Before a new module is finalized, use this Skill to automatically check if all 48 lecture files, 12 assignment notebooks, and 12 quizzes are in place, and create stubs for any that are missing.
