What problem does it solve?
This Skill automates the execution of EELS compliance tests against a local Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) implementation. It handles Python virtual environment setup, dependency installation, test invocation via pytest, and result aggregation to produce a consistent report.

Quick Start
Ensure Python 3.10+ is installed, then run the PS script pointing to your EVM binary and the execution-specs repo. Example: .\01_run_eels_tests\run_eels_tests.ps1 -EvmBinary "C:\path\to\ELR.CLI.exe" -SpecsPath "C:\path\to\execution-specs" -OutputDir ".forensics"
