This Skill brings order to disorganized product roadmaps, clarifies priorities, and ensures consistent feature tracking throughout the development lifecycle.
Core Features & Use Cases
- Feature Brainstorming & Prioritization: Guides the brainstorming of new features and their objective prioritization using the ICE (Impact × Confidence / Effort) scoring framework.
- State Transitions: Manages the movement of features through different roadmap states (Backlog → Prioritized → In Progress → Shipped).
- Spec & Report Linking: Links roadmap entries directly to their corresponding specifications and ship reports for full traceability.
- Use Case: Use this Skill to maintain a dynamic product roadmap. Brainstorm new feature ideas, score them with ICE to determine their priority, move them to "In Progress" when development starts, and link them to their final specification and ship report once completed.
Quick Start
1. Brainstorm new feature ideas for your product roadmap
2. Score each feature with the ICE framework (Impact × Confidence / Effort)
3. Prioritize features based on their ICE score
4. Move features between states: Backlog → Prioritized → In Progress → Shipped
5. Link relevant specifications and ship reports to roadmap entries
