  • Scan /plans/ for USER: comments and apply requested plan changes with 🟧 markers.
  • Remove USER: lines after applying changes and update Last Updated timestamp in frontmatter.
  • Ensure markdown integrity by placing markers at end of line and cleaning up old markers.

Invoke /reviewplan to scan all plan files in /plans and apply pending USER comments with proper markers.
