The ReviewAgent automates the cross-layer validation of outputs from DaoAgent, FaAgent, ShuAgent, and QiAgent, delivering a single, auditable final verdict (PASS, REVISE, or REJECT) to ensure consistency and accountability across the entire agent chain.
