What problem does it solve?

This Skill converts analyze_residence_time output into a clear, dark-themed dual-panel React/Recharts visualization so teams can quickly see residence time, sojourn time, the coherence gap, and departure rate trends and detect aging WIP or divergence from equilibrium.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Dual-panel visualization: top panel compares residence w̄(T) and sojourn W*(T) with a red coherence gap area and dual Y-axes; bottom panel shows cumulative departure rate λ(T) with a reference line at λ = 1.
  • Contextual header & badges: exact title, stat cards (final w̄, W*, gap, λ), convergence badge, active WIP, window arrivals, and resolved total with W* denominator labeling.
  • Interactive inspection and fidelity controls: tooltip with date, w̄, W*, gap, λ, n, a; manual legend and enforced downsampling for large series; clear footer explanations and data provenance for Little's Law verification.
  • Use cases: present to stakeholders to explain coherence gap and predictability, run in retrospectives to compare windowed behavior, and monitor system throughput and aging inventory across time windows.

Quick Start

Show a Residence Time Analysis chart using the current analyze_residence_time result with both panels, header stat cards, badges, and interactive tooltip.
