- Stripe-powered payment workflow for rent collections with a fallback to ensure transactions are captured
- A data model for rental_transactions with fields for amount_due, amount_paid, status, paid_at, etc.
- Supports multi-tenant context via team_id and owner_id, with metadata for providers and timestamps
- Use Case: When tenants pay rent, the system creates or updates a transaction; in case of webhook failure, the fallback path ensures paid status is recorded.
