What problem does it solve?

Show recent Claude Code sessions and work history to help you review activity, track progress, and prepare follow-ups across conversations.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Retrieves the most recent Claude Code sessions from the MCP server with configurable period (today, yesterday, week, month) and an optional limit.
  • Returns context-rich results including session ID, repository and branch, duration, user/assistant message counts, start time, and a brief message preview.
  • Integrates with follow-up tools such as vibe_session, vibe_view, and vibe_search to dive into details or take action.
  • Supports quick checks of activity patterns and workload across recent sessions for productivity analysis.
