What problem does it solve?

Many projects keep iterative notes in a .thoughts directory, but agents and collaborators lack a quick, reliable way to load the current iteration's context into a session. This Skill automates reading the right files and producing a concise summary so users and agents can act with up-to-date information.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Iteration detection: Finds the highest iteration-NN directory to identify the current iteration.
  • Targeted reading: Reads only the specified files (.thoughts/problem.md, .thoughts/iterations.md, iteration-NN/progress.md, and any user-specified files).
  • Safe, read-only summaries: Produces brief summaries for agent context loading without modifying any files.
  • Use case: Prepare an agent for a planning session by loading the latest progress and problem statements so it can make informed suggestions.

Quick Start

Ask the skill to read the current iteration's .thoughts files and provide a concise summary of key problems and progress.
