What problem does it solve?

This tool helps biochemists design and compute accurate reaction buffer recipes when protein stocks contribute components, ensuring correct final concentrations and volumes.

  • Support compensation mode to synthesize concentrated buffers that offset stock buffers.
  • Provide presets for common proteins and buffers and flexible direct-input options for custom setups.

Quick Start

Run python3 scripts/reactor_cli.py --list-presets to view options and then run with a preset and a volume to generate the buffer recipe.
