Centralized management of side effects across an application can become error-prone when multiple modules dispatch actions and rely on inconsistent lifecycles. Managers provide singletons that orchestrate global behavior like websockets, SSE, polling, subscriptions, logging, and middleware, coordinating with the central data store via Controller.
