Quick Start

Run the provided Python utilities to initialize an 8D session, execute analysis steps, and produce a final report:

• Initialize a session:
  • python scripts/initialize_8d.py --id "8D-2025-001" --title "New Issue Investigation" --output session.json
• Add problem statement and data using the interactive mode or by editing session.json
• Generate a report: python scripts/generate_8d_report.py --input session.json --output report.html
