What problem does it solve?
This skill automates the creation of structured report entries in a file-based computational provenance system, removing manual work for id assignment, YAML frontmatter authoring, index table updates, and cross-linking to calculation records.

Quick Start
Create a new report titled "Band Analysis" referencing calculations c002 and c003 with tags si and stability by invoking the skill with a JSON payload containing title, calcs, and tags.
