What problem does it solve?

This skill automates the process of proposing lane transitions for Business OS cards by analyzing the card state, existing stage documents, and completion criteria to surface a recommended next lane.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Read card data and stage docs via agent API to determine current lane and evidence
  • Evaluate evidence against predefined lane-transition criteria to identify valid moves
  • Propose a lane in the card's Proposed-Lane field with rationale and evidence references; Pete approves and executes the move

Quick Start

  • Run /propose-lane-move BRIK-ENG-0001
  • Review the Proposed-Lane update in the card UI and provide Pete's approval to execute the move
