This Skill provides qualitative researchers with a clear, real-time overview of their project's status within the "sandwich methodology." It eliminates uncertainty about progress and identifies the next logical steps, ensuring a smooth transition between research stages.

- Progress Visualization: Displays project progress (Stage 1, 2, 3) using ASCII, JSON, or Markdown formats.
- Readiness Checks: Automatically determines if prerequisites are met for transitioning to the next stage (e.g., Stage 1 completion before Stage 2).
- Next Step Recommendations: Suggests actionable tasks based on your current project state and progress.
- Use Case: At any point, ask for your project dashboard to see how many documents are coded, memos written, and if you're ready to move from human-led Stage 1 to human-AI collaborative Stage 2.
Quick Start
Generate a dashboard for my project in markdown format. Provide the path to your project root: node skills/project-dashboard/scripts/generate-dashboard.js --project-path /path/to/project --format markdown
