What problem does it solve?

Many genomic analyses produce separate outputs (pharmacogenomics, nutrigenomics, PRS, genome comparisons) with no single, reconciled summary; clinicians and researchers need a consolidated, human-readable profile that highlights cross-domain findings and reproducible provenance.

• Profile Loading & Validation: Reads a PatientProfile JSON, validates required sections (metadata, genotypes, skill_results), and detects which downstream skills ran.
• Report Synthesis: Merges pharmgx, nutrigx, prs, and compare outputs into a single markdown report with an executive summary, per-skill sections, and a machine-readable result envelope.
• Cross-Domain Insights & Graceful Degradation: Flags genes and variants that appear across domains, provides actionable summaries, and inserts informative placeholders when some skills are missing.
• Local-first Reproducibility: Produces reproducibility artifacts and never re-computes analyses; suitable for clinical review, research notebooks, or reproducible figure generation.

Quick Start

Generate a unified genomic profile report from profiles/PT001.json and save the markdown report to /tmp/profile_report.
