What problem does it solve?

This skill processes new action-item files discovered by watchers in the Obsidian vault, applying Company_Handbook.md rules to produce actionable Plans and update the Dashboard.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Action item processing: Detects new items in /Needs_Action and creates structured Plan.md files in /Plans.
  • Triage and planning: Analyzes content, assigns priority, deduplicates items, and references original materials.
  • Dashboard and archive: Updates Dashboard.md and archives completed items in /Done/.

Quick Start

Place an action item into vault/Needs_Action and run a prompt to trigger processing. The skill will generate Plans, update Dashboard, and archive processed items.
