What problem does it solve?

This Skill provides an objective, repeatable method to rank strategic options and roadmap items using a standardized weighted scoring formula.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Structured scoring: Computes a Priority Score from SignalStrength, StrategicFit, Impact, and Complexity to enable consistent prioritization.
  • Roadmap optimization: Helps strategy sessions and roadmap updates re-sequence initiatives based on quantitative risk-adjusted value.
  • Decision transparency: Produces a clear rationale and numeric ranking that can be reviewed with stakeholders.

Quick Start

Provide a list of candidate initiatives and any available signal data (customer mentions, recency, diversity, and frequency), plus current strategic priorities. The system will compute the Priority Score for each item and return a ranked list ready for roadmap discussion.
