SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

💡 This Skill includes references (resource) components.

What problem does it solve? Walking into calls unprepared wastes the first ten minutes and risks forgetting commitments you made last time. This Skill builds a one-screen brief for every call on your calendar before it happens, pulling attendee history, open commitments, prior objections, and recent company news from your recorded meetings and messages. ## Core Features & Use Cases - Automated daily routine: Runs at 18:30 the evening before or 06:45 that morning, briefing every call on the target day without being told which meetings exist. - Six meeting-specific brief shapes: Sales call, partner sync, recurring standup, client review, large multi-attendee logistics, and first meeting, each with its own template and precedence rules. - Open loops tracking: Extracts commitments from prior meeting summaries and searches for evidence they were completed, reporting "Done", "No evidence in the record", or "Unknown" rather than guessing. - Use Case: You have five calls tomorrow including a quarterly review with a client you last spoke to in May. The routine delivers a brief showing the unresolved export complaint from May 20 at the top, the SOC 2 report you owe them, and three grounded talking points. ## Quick Start Ask your assistant to prep you for your calls tomorrow using the pre-call-prep skill with the Littlebird MCP connected.

FAQPage Schema
How do I get an automatic brief before every meeting on my calendar?▼

Create the daily routine through the skill, which runs at 18:30 the evening before or 06:45 that morning. It discovers upcoming calendar events via LB_INTERNAL_LIST_MEETINGS with a future end date and writes one screen per meeting without being told which calls exist.

What does a pre-call brief include for a sales call?▼

A sales call brief covers attendees with confidence ratings, a dated quote from the last meeting, an open loops table of both sides' commitments, prior objections, what changed on their side with cited URLs, three talking points, and one "do not forget" line.

Does this meeting prep skill work without the Littlebird MCP?▼

No. The skill requires the Littlebird MCP on a Power or Pro plan and stops immediately if it is not connected. Recorded prior meetings are also needed for full briefs; without them you get an honest first-meeting brief from the calendar description and external research.

How does the skill handle ambiguous attendee identities?▼

It flags ambiguity instead of guessing. When two people share a name or the email domain does not match past records, the brief writes "Ambiguous" with both readings and attaches no history to that attendee, preventing wrong-person details from being said aloud on the call.

What happens when there are no meetings or no history found?▼

An empty calendar produces exactly one line: "No calls on the calendar for <date>. Nothing to brief." Empty history produces an honest first-meeting brief quoting the booking description verbatim. The skill never pads empty retrieval with plausible invented content.

What are the limitations of automated meeting prep briefs?▼

Briefs exclude health, financial, legal, family, and other sensitive categories even when captured. External research requires an available web tool, otherwise the brief states "internal record only". Above seven attendees it briefs only your slice rather than profiling the room.
