This Skill provides a clear, prioritized view of a user's open pull requests so they can quickly see which PRs require the author's attention versus which are waiting on others, reducing review bottlenecks and stale work.

• Comprehensive PR collection: Gather all open PRs (including drafts) and extract metadata such as reviewers, review states, CI/check status, mergeability, unresolved threads, and creation date.
• Smart classification and heuristics: Apply user-provided workflow rules and staleness heuristics to classify PRs by who needs to act and what kind of action is required.
• Visual and prioritized outputs: Render a mermaid flowchart grouping PRs by action category and produce a prioritized text summary listing action items and items waiting on others for triage or end-of-day review.
