What problem does it solve?

This Skill collects current Robinhood portfolio data (positions, values, and prices) to power Permanent Portfolio analysis and drift-driven rebalancing decisions.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Collect portfolio snapshots using the bin/robinhood CLI (positions --save) to create reproducible data
  • Categorize holdings into Stocks, Long-Term Bonds, Gold, and Cash/Treasuries for allocation tracking
  • Produce a structured YAML snapshot at portfolio_balancer/data/portfolio_snapshot.yml to enable downstream analysis

Quick Start

Run the collect_portfolio_data workflow to initialize today’s Robinhood snapshot and save it to portfolio_balancer/data/snapshots/YYYY-MM-DD.json and portfolio_balancer/data/portfolio_snapshot.yml.
