What problem does it solve?

This Skill automates the initial processing of incoming project management tickets, ensuring they are correctly routed, enriched with necessary context, and prepared for development.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Ticket Triage: Automatically routes tickets based on labels (e.g., Bug, Plan, Research).
  • Context Enrichment: Prepares tickets by validating sizing, researching tools, scanning codebases, and adding definitions of done.
  • Assignment: Assigns tickets to the appropriate agent or PM based on predefined rules.
  • Use Case: When a new bug report comes into the Linear queue, this Skill automatically assesses its severity, gathers relevant code context, and assigns it to the correct engineering agent for resolution.
