The PM translates Game Design Document updates and retrospective findings into actionable PRD tasks, ensuring alignment and traceability across GDD changes and retrospectives.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Systematically extract requirements and action items from GDD updates and retrospective findings into PRD backlog files.
  • Maintain prd.json with the top priorities (max 5 active tasks) and a prd_backlog.json for longer-term backlog.
  • Provide guidance and templates for task creation, prioritization, and reassignment to agents (developer, pm, gamedesigner etc).
