planz simplifies building and maintaining complex project plans by organizing work into a clean, hierarchical structure with stable IDs and flexible exports.

• Hierarchical plans: up to four nesting levels (phases → tasks → subtasks → details)
• Stable node IDs: reference nodes by ID or by path, and track progress
• Cascading updates: done status cascades to descendants; undone propagates to ancestors
• Multiple formats: text, JSON, XML, Markdown output
• SQLite backend: WAL mode with per-project plan storage for isolation
