What problem does it solve?
This Skill helps teams automatically create or update PLAN.md planning documents when a user asks for a plan or planning workflow, ensuring consistency and availability of a formal plan artifact.
Core Features & Use Cases
- Generates a PLAN.md from the planning request using the planning template.
- Derives the target path docs/plans/<prefix>/<feature>/PLAN.md and substitutes the feature name.
- Preserves existing PLAN.md content and appends updates in a structured STATUS UPDATES section.
- Reuses references/plan-template.md as the starting point for new plans.
Quick Start
Create a PLAN.md from the user request using the plan-template and save it to docs/plans/<prefix>/<feature>/PLAN.md with the feature name substituted.
