Transforms a project plan into ordered, self-contained feature docs to guide cross-session development and implementation.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Plan discovery: Locates a plan source in the project root (plan.md or PLAN.md) or derives from recent conversations.
  • Plan analysis and splitting: AI-driven boundaries and ordering to create independently implementable features.
  • Feature artifact generation: Creates a dedicated /.agent-features/ directory with numbered feature files (01-..., 02-...), each fully self-contained.
  • Progress reporting: Outputs a summary of created feature documents and their scope for quick review.
