Tracking the status of a multi-phase plan can be tedious when you must inspect multiple files. This skill provides a centralized view by parsing frontmatter to show progress and active work at a glance.

• Parses plan.md frontmatter to determine overall plan status and per-subplan statuses.
• Reads roman-numeral task frontmatters (i, ii, iii, ...) to classify each task as complete, in_progress, or pending.
• Outputs a human-readable report with an active task highlight and a Progress line, helping managers and engineers monitor progress in real-time.
