What problem does it solve?

Helps product teams turn a set of already-defined feature requirement files into a clear, sequenced roadmap that groups work into marketable releases and ensures each step delivers incremental user value. It avoids inventing or modifying feature requirements, instead identifying missing or incompatible files and directing the user to resolve them with the define-feature flow. The Skill enforces roadmap discipline: it reads existing context, challenges assumptions, and produces a single ROADMAP.md plus recommended file moves.

• Repository-wide requirements discovery: Recursively scans ./product for requirements .md files, reads frontmatter fields (guid, date, feature) and feature summaries while checking STRATEGY.md and any existing ROADMAP.md.
