Converts analyzed requirements and goals into a structured, executable task plan that streamlines project execution by producing actionable work items, acceptance criteria, and traceable tasks.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Generates a comprehensive task breakdown from inputs like requirements.json, goals.json, and w5h-analysis.json.
  • Produces both JSON task-breakdown.json for programmatic use and Markdown task-breakdown.md for human consumption.
  • Creates per-task files under projects/[project-name]/tasks/ following a standardized template with categories, dependencies, acceptance criteria, and estimates.

Quick Start

Provide the project artifacts (requirements.json, goals.json, w5h-analysis.json) under projects/[project-name]/artifacts/Analysis and run this skill to generate the task breakdown.
