This Skill automates monthly P&L cost analysis and bonus calculations for restaurant locations using NET SALES and detailed inventory data, saving finance teams hours and reducing errors.

- COGS calculation: Actual COGS using Beginning Inventory + Purchases - Ending Inventory.
- Net Sales-based percentages: Uses NET SALES to compute accurate cost percentages for each category.
- Bonus calculation: Tiered COGS bonuses and Top Line eligibility to drive performance improvements.
- Multi-location support: Compare Cantina, OAK, WB, and more for benchmark insights.
- Input flexibility: Works with dual PDFs (Food Usage + Net Sales) or a single P&L CSV for different workflows.
Quick Start
Launch the analysis with:
- Python: python3 pnl_analyzer_pdf.py foodUsageReport.pdf 4656
- Or, provide two PDFs (foodUsageReport*.pdf and Gross_Sales*.pdf) for NET SALES based bonuses, optionally with an reimbursement amount.
