What problem does it solve?

PFMEA is a structured methodology to identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks in manufacturing processes. This Skill automates the creation of AIAG-VDA PFMEAs, including severity, occurrence, and detection ratings, along with RPN or AP calculations and countermeasure recommendations, saving time and improving consistency across departments.

Quick Start

To start a PFMEA, prompt: "Create a PFMEA for [process name], including S/O/D, and countermeasures." Then the system will generate the PFMEA structure with steps, risks, and recommended actions.
