What problem does it solve?

This Skill helps you transform a sprawling permanent knowledge base into a durable, well-structured vault by establishing a repeatable hub/leaf/MOC taxonomy, enforcing required metadata (notably summary) and a standardized frontmatter template, and planning non-destructive reorganizations.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Plan and design the hub/leaf/MOC structure and tag taxonomy to improve findability and navigation within the permanent folder.
  • Non-destructive moves: generate a safe, dry-run plan that moves files into 10_hub/20_leaf and 90_meta while preserving existing links.
  • Metadata enforcement: ensure every note has a summary, created date, and status, with guided templates for hub/leaf/MOC notes.
  • MOC maintenance: update navigation graphs and references to reflect reorganized structure.
