What problem does it solve?
このスキルは、タスク分割プランを元に GitHub の Sub-issue を自動で作成し、親Issue との関係を自動で設定します。煩雑な手動作業を削減し、追跡性を高めます。

- 依存関係の設定サポート（必要に応じて）
Quick Start
親 Issue の URL または番号と、タスク分割プランファイルを用意します。以下の gh CLI コマンドを使ってサブ課題を作成します。
- テンプレートタイトル: "[{Layer}] {タスク名}"
- サブ課題作成後、親 Issue へ紐付けるには gh sub-issue add <親Issue番号> --sub-issue-number <作成したIssue番号> を実行します。
