What problem does it solve?

package-agent automates the creation of a complete Open Agent Format (OAF) package from an Agent Case and Agent Design, eliminating manual assembly and ensuring consistent structure.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Read Inputs from case/README.md and design/README.md to extract identity, architecture, and requirements.
  • Generate AGENTS.md with a complete manifest, and scaffold a skills directory with SKILL.md templates as defined by the design.
  • Create scripts, references, and assets folders when referenced by the design, and verify the resulting package structure for correctness.
  • Use Case: You receive a fresh design plus a case and want a production-ready agent package ready for harness integration.

Quick Start

Provide the paths to your case/ and design/ folders to trigger the packaging process and produce package/, AGENTS.md, and the initial skill scaffolds.
