What problem does it solve?

This Skill provides a standardized set of procedures for managing tasks and delegating work to agentic workers, ensuring efficient and organized operation of the orchestrator.

Core Features & Use Cases

• Task Management: Poll for pending tasks, assign, update status (assigned, in progress, completed, failed), and record work notes.
• Worker Delegation: Spawn specialized worker agents (e.g., coding, research), monitor their status, and terminate stuck workers.
• Reporting: Send results or ask questions to the comms agent.
• Use Case: When an orchestrator needs to process a complex request, it uses these SOPs to break down the work, assign sub-tasks to appropriate workers, track their progress, and finally report the synthesized outcome.
