Quick Start

Run the constitution guard workflow to read AGENTS.md files, generate the OpenSpec guard blocks, and update the command files accordingly. Ensure AGENTS.md files exist in the workspace or in the project areas you want to govern. The tool writes guards to the command files after the OPENSPEC guard marker and keeps a record of source constitutions.
